Hej Startup 2024

On June 13, 2024, we were named the winner of the #hejstartup competition and officially invited to join the InCredibles program, one of Poland’s most respected initiatives supporting early-stage, high-potential startups. The competition brought together ten standout companies, each demonstrating strong technological foundations and scalable business models. Following a rigorous evaluation process, we were selected as the top finalist.

This recognition is a significant milestone for our team and affirms the long-term potential of the technology and business strategy we are building.

About the InCredibles Program

Founded in 2017 by Sebastian Kulczyk, InCredibles is a comprehensive mentoring and development program dedicated to advancing Poland’s most promising startups. Participation is by invitation only and limited to winners of Poland’s leading startup competitions.

The program’s strength lies in its tailored approach to growth. Selected companies gain access to:

  • Customized workshops and training sessions
  • One-on-one consultations with mentors, investors, and seasoned business leaders
  • Strategic business development opportunities
  • Support for media exposure, research reports, and public engagement

As part of its activities, InCredibles co-creates specialist reports, debates, publications, and supports educational events. It is also the initiator of Poland’s first MBA program for startups (in collaboration with SGH) and the Firmament radio show on Radio 357. A total of 72 companies have already joined the prestigious InCredibles community.

Representing our team in Barcelona were Janusz Skóra-Cichowski and Piotr Bartoszewski, who engaged in high-level discussions with industry professionals about the role of Eslog loggers in maintaining optimal seafood quality during distribution.

A Competitive Final

In the final round of the #hejstartup competition, we competed against nine other startups representing a range of sectors, including biotechnology, artificial intelligence, food service innovation, healthtech, and industrial design. Finalists included:

  • BNF – New Bio Force
  • Eatzon
  • Flavista
  • Gastro Ninja
  • Irpark Mechatronics
  • Medmetrix
  • Outline AI
  • Papu app
  • ZERO Render House

Each company presented strong ideas backed by ambitious teams, making the recognition we received all the more meaningful.

Evaluation Criteria

Finalists were assessed based on key dimensions, including:

  • Technological advancement and feasibility of the proposed solution
  • Uniqueness and competitiveness of the business model
  • Team experience, diversity of competencies, and overall completeness
  • Business development potential, including scalability and market size

Our performance across these criteria positioned us as a standout participant, particularly in demonstrating how our solution addresses a clearly defined market need with strong potential for long-term growth.

Looking Ahead

Joining the InCredibles program marks a new chapter in our company’s development. With access to mentorship, targeted resources, and a trusted network of peers, we are well-positioned to accelerate our growth, refine our operations, and expand our market reach.
