Task (for job offers)

For some positions, we’ll send you a short task or technical challenge. It helps us understand how you approach problems and gives you a chance to showcase your skills.

Office interview in Gdynia or online call

If everything goes well, we’ll invite you to our office in Gdynia to meet the team. It’s a great opportunity to see how we work and for us to learn more about your experience and expectations. If you can’t visit in person, we’ll arrange a video call to get to know each other better, discuss your background and interests, and answer any initial questions.

Final call

We’ll follow up with a final conversation to share feedback, talk about next steps, and—if it’s a match—make you an offer!
