Embedded World 2025

From March 11 to 13, 2025, EmbeddedSystems.do had the pleasure of participating in Embedded World 2025—the premier international event for the embedded systems industry. Held annually in Nuremberg, Germany, the exhibition and conference gather the global embedded community, offering a vibrant space to explore cutting-edge technologies, exchange knowledge, and forge valuable industry relationships.

This year’s edition brought together leading companies, engineers, developers, and decision-makers from around the world to discuss the latest advances in areas such as IoT, embedded hardware and software, system-on-chip design, machine communication, cybersecurity, and autonomous systems. For us, it was a vital opportunity to be part of a larger conversation on the technologies shaping the future.

Our Team at Embedded World

EmbeddedSystems.do was represented by a strong five-person team of specialists, each bringing expertise in various areas of embedded development and innovation. The delegation included:

  • Janusz Skóra-Cichowski, CEO and Founder of Embedded Systems.do
  • Anna Skóra-Cichowska, CMO
  • Małgorzata Kotkiewicz, Embedded Systems Engineer
  • Paweł Makarewicz, Embedded Systems Engineer
  • Tomasz Dawicki, Embedded Systems Engineer

Together, this team actively participated in conference sessions, networking events, and product showcases—engaging with new technologies, discovering emerging trends, and strengthening connections with global partners and peers.

Why Embedded World Matters

As highlighted by our CEO, Janusz Skóra-Cichowski, the value of the event goes beyond just product discovery:

“EW25 is the global meeting point for the embedded community, bringing together leading experts, key players, and industry associations. The exhibition offers unparalleled insights into the world of embedded systems, covering components, modules, operating systems, hardware and software design, M2M communication, and more. It's THE must-attend event for developers, system architects, product managers, and technical management.”

Indeed, the depth and breadth of topics presented—from embedded vision and human-machine interaction to wireless data transfer and safety engineering—reinforced just how dynamic and critical the embedded ecosystem is to innovation across sectors.

What We Explored and Learned

Over the course of three days, our team engaged in technical discussions and explored new tools, platforms, and architectures. We attended expert-led sessions across both the embedded world Conference and the electronic displays Conference, gaining valuable insights into:

  • Real-world applications of AI and machine learning in embedded systems
  • Advances in secure-by-design architectures for critical infrastructure
  • Evolving standards in wireless communication protocols and M2M interfaces
  • New developments in SoC integration and low-power hardware design
  • Trends in HMI (Human-Machine Interaction) and user-centered embedded interfaces

We also had the chance to meet with current technology partners, potential clients, and industry peers to share our work and exchange ideas about the challenges and opportunities in embedded development.

Our Takeaways and Impact

Attending Embedded World 2025 strengthened our position as a reliable design house for embedded innovation. It validated our focus areas—custom hardware and firmware development, smart IoT systems, user interface design, and device-to-cloud integration—and inspired new directions in product development.

The event also helped us identify specific pain points that manufacturers and tech leaders are facing—particularly around scalability, energy efficiency, and security in embedded devices. With these insights, we’re better prepared to tailor our solutions to meet evolving market needs and support our partners in bringing future-proof technologies to life.

Looking Ahead

As we return from Embedded World, we do so with new connections, fresh knowledge, and a deeper understanding of where the embedded world is heading. Our team is energized and focused on turning what we’ve learned into real, impactful solutions for our clients.

At EmbeddedSystems.do, we believe that innovation happens at the intersection of technology, expertise, and collaboration—and events like Embedded World are a powerful reminder of how important it is to stay connected to the global community.

If you're looking for a partner to bring embedded intelligence to your next product, we’d love to talk.
